Spring-Summer Style

The sun is shining in UK at this moment in time and it's likely to stay this way over the rest of the week. It's not quite summer yet, so for a little spring-summer style inspiration, check out the set below =)

Long Sleeve Chiffon Dress, 28 GBP, Dorothy Perkins
Linen Palazzo Trousers, 26 GBP, Dorothy Perkins
Bertie Leather Sandals, 27 GBP, House of Fraser
Bangles, 6.25 GBP, Dorothy Perkins
Cream Crinkle Scarf, 10 GBP, Debenhams
Sunglasses, $26, Warehouse

I love the loose and flowy style of this tunic dress, as it won't cling to the body and the long sleeves ensures that no layering is required. Also, the pale colour means that the sun light will be reflected, so you won't feel too warm. I find loose linen trousers a staple in a hijabi's summer wardrobe. This pair from Dorothy Perkins has a wide leg style (for comfort), and the camel colour is a great neutral that can be paired with pretty much anything. Flat sandals are great for when you know that you'll be out and about during the sunny days (who stays indoors when the sun is shining anyway?). A cream crinkle scarf adds texture and volume to your hijab style without being heavy and bulky. It's also lightweight, which means it'll be great to wear in the sunshine. And lastly, chunky bangles and oversized sunglasses make this outfit complete, so you'll be looking cool and collected in the sunshine.
